摘要
采用流式细胞仪和ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测５０例慢性肝炎乙肝后肝硬变患者的Ｔ细胞亚群和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦα）以观察其与慢性肝病的关系。结果显示：ＣＤ３＋与ＣＤ４＋数量减少，ＣＤ８＋数量增加，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比值下降，ＴＮＦα含量明显增高。
T lymphocyte subgroups and tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) in sera of 50 patients with chronic hepatitis have been detected by flow cytometer and ELISA so as to observe a relationship with chronic hepatic diseases.The result indicated that the number of CD3+ and CD4+ cells decreased,while the number of CD8+ cells increased,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ declined and the level of TNFα remarkably elevated.It is suggested that T lymphocyte subgroups and TNFα play an important role in liver chronic inflammation and fibrosis.
