超声波辅助提取亚麻籽油的工艺条件优化 被引量:35

摘要 以亚麻籽为原料,利用超声波辅助提取亚麻籽油。在单因素试验的基础上,通过二次正交旋转组合试验确定了超声波辅助提取亚麻籽油的较佳工艺条件。结果表明:在试验范围内各因素对亚麻籽油得率影响大小依次为提取时间>料液比>提取温度>超声波功率,以石油醚为溶剂提取亚麻籽油的较佳工艺参数为料液比10 mL/g,提取温度60℃,提取时间35 min,超声波功率60 W。在该条件下提取三次亚麻籽油得率45.75%,提取率达93.27%。 Flaxseeds were taken as raw material and ultrasonic- assisted extraction technology was used to extract the seed oil. On the basis of single - factor experiments, the optimal technological condition of the ultrasonic - assisted extraction was studied with the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design. Results: The influence order of the factors affecting the oil yield are extraction time 〉 liquid - solid ratio 〉 extraction temperature 〉 ultrasonic frequency. The optimal technological parameters of the oil extraction from flaxseeds using petroleum ether as solvent are as follows: liquid - solid ratio 10 mL/g, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 35 min, and ultrasonic frequency 60 W. Under the conditions, the total oil yield after three times' extraction is 45.75 %, and the extraction rate reaches as high as 93.27 %.
