百万千瓦机组HR3C焊接技术的应用 被引量:9

摘要 介绍宁海二期百万千瓦超超临界机组锅炉侧过热器及再热器管道的焊接。HR3C材质的焊接是首次接触的新钢种焊接。以本工程焊接HR3C为实例,通过解决实践中遇到的各类问题、完善焊接工艺方法,以及在施焊全过程进行严格的监督控制,获得了良好的焊接质量。 The paper describes welding process for superheater and reheater pipes of Ninghai Power Plant, 1 0013 MW unit boiler side, phase II. The HR3C material was a new kind of steel for welding. Taking HR3C welded in the current project as an example, good welding quality has been finally obtained through solving various problems in practice and perfecting welding procedures, as well as executing strict supervised control over the whole welding process.
