青果药材的质量控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对青果药材进行薄层色谱鉴别及RP—HPLC含量测定研究,以全面客观评价青果药材的质量。方法:薄层色谱鉴别以青果对照药材及东莨菪内酯对照品为对照,以环己烷-三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6:10:7:1.2)为展开剂,在紫外365nm下检视;含量测定采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.25%冰醋酸溶液(5:95),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:271nm。结果:青果药材中在对照药材、东莨菪内酯对照品相应位置上有相应的荧光斑点;含量测定中没食子酸在0.07035~0.70350μg呈良好的线性关系,样品中没食子酸峰分离度良好。结论:首次建立了青果药材中东莨菪内酯的薄层色谱鉴别方法,并进行了没食子酸的含量测定,提供了全面控制青果药材的科学依据。
