摘要 背景:全球食品安全形势十分严峻。目的:介绍生物芯片技术在食品安全检测方面的应用进展。方法:文献调研法,案例分析法。结果:提出生物芯片技术应用存在的问题及发展前景。结论:随着生命科学、信息技术以及分子生物技术的发展,生物芯片技术在食品安全检测中有广泛的应用前景。 Background: Serious problem of global food security. Objective: To introduce the application of the bio-chip technology in food safety testing Methods: The literature research method, case analysis. Results: The problems and development prospects was pointed out that application of biochip technology Conclusion: Bio-chip technology, there is a wide range of applications in food safety testing, with the development of life sciences, information technology and molecular biotechnology.
