摘要
结合我国卫生体制改革的具体国情,分析归纳了当前药品监管体系存在的问题,以及宏观环境变化给药品监管工作带来的新挑战,并根据"以健康为导向"的监管目标,提出了进一步完善药品监管体系的政策建议。
This paper concluded the problems within the existing drug administration system and the future challenges from the more macroscopic perspective in the process of health system reform under Chinese context. Basic principles and some health-oriented strategies have been put forward.
