摘要
我院在实行无纸化电子病历后,改变了病案管理的模式,病案科的职能和功能发生了改变,传统的病案管理中的工作流程发生了改变,对病案管理人员整体素质要求提高了,工作人员的工作目标、完成工作的标准、工作功能间的相互关系都相应发生改变。
Objective After the application of paper - free e - medical records system in the people＇ s hospital of Guangxi autonomous district, the management mode of medical records in the hospital, the function of the department of medical records, and the working process of the conventional medical records management have been altered. Besides, the overall quality of working personnel in the department of medical records was improved, and the work target, the work standard as well as the interrelations between work functions have been changed accordingly.
