摘要
目的分析老年急性阑尾炎临床特点,指导老年急性阑尾炎的正确诊断和合理治疗。方法对我院98例2000～2007年60岁以上的老年急性阑尾炎患者的临床诊断及治疗分的相关资料收集分析。结果老年人急性阑尾炎临床表现多不典型,但右下腹固定压痛仍是老年急性阑尾炎诊断的一项重要指标;老年人急性阑尾炎其病急,发展快,阑尾穿孔率高。结论老年急性阑尾炎极易误诊和误治;早期手术是治疗老年急性阑尾炎成功的关键。
Obiective To analyze the clinical characteristics ofelderly patients with acute appendicitis,to guide the elderly with acute appendicitis correct diagnosis and resasnable treatme-nt.Methods 98 cases in 2000-2007over theage of 60 elderly patients with acute appendicitis pat-ients with clinical diagnosis and treatment sub--analysis of the data collection. Results The older and more clinical manifestations of acute appendicitis is not typical,but the right lower uadrant t-enderness remains fixed in elderly patients with acute appendicitis diagnosis is an important indic-ator,elderly acute onset of acute appendicitis,the development of fast, high rate of perforated appendix.Conclusion The elderly vulnerable to acuteappendicitis misdiagnosed and misuse of go-vernment; early surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute appendicitis was the key to succ-ess.
