摘要
目的:探讨临床药师为肾脏疾病患者实施药学监护的方法和意义,以改善其治疗效果。方法:运用药学监护的一般方法对肾脏疾病患者实施药学监护,并结合实例进行分析。结果与结论:通过药学监护,可明显提高患者的用药安全性、有效性与经济性,改善患者的生活质量。临床药师对肾脏疾病患者实施药学监护十分必要。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the methods and significance of pharmaceutical care for patients with kidney disease so as to improve the therapeutic efficacy. METHODS： The common pharmaceutical care was applied to patients with kidney disease, and cases analysis was performed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The medication safety, efficacy and economy were greatly enhanced and patients＇ quality of life were greatly improved due to the practice of pharmaceutical care. It is quite necessary for clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care for patients with kidney disease.
