摘要
本文叙述了铬钼钢窄间隙埋弧焊用烧结焊剂的研制,结合生产使用中对该焊剂的特殊要求,提出了使用该焊剂时对脱渣性、氧化性、电弧稳定性及表面压坑的解决办法。通过各项性能的试验,结果表明:GZ-3,GZ-4焊剂生产制造过程简单,具有较高颗粒强度,较低吸潮性,焊接工艺过程稳定,达到了国内外同类型焊剂水平。
In this paper, an investigation in agglomerative flux for narrow gap submerged arc of Cr-Mo steel welding is described. According to the requirement of welding technology, a method of dealing with the detachability, oxidation, arc stability, and surface pit as this flux is used is presented here. The experimental shows that the fluxes GZ-3 and GZ-4 have many advantages. For exemple, they are ease to be prepared, and possess high pearl strength, low hygroscopicity, good welding stability. They have come up to advanced world standard.
