瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚或异氟醚控制性降压用于鼻内镜手术的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 微创鼻内窥镜手术的手术野小．鼻窦血管丰富且毗邻重要结构．因此要求术中出血少，保持术野清晰．故常需术中施行控制性降压，本次研究比较应用瑞芬太尼联合七氟醚行控制性降压与瑞芬太尼联合异氟醚、硝酸甘油联合七氟醚行控制性降压用于鼻内镜手术的临床效果。现报道如下。
