摘要
目的了解在基础护理教学中开展职业防护教育对护生实习初期锐器伤发生率的影响。方法从2007年9月—2008年7月在我校2006级护理大专生的基础护理教学中系统开展职业防护教育。采用问卷调查方法调查开展职业防护教育前后两个学年的护生实习初期锐器伤发生率、发生次数、职业防护知识掌握情况、正确职业防护行为的掌握度。结果开展职业防护教育后护生锐器伤发生率、发生次数明显低于开展职业防护教育前的护生(P<0.01),护生职业防护知识掌握度、正确职业防护行为的掌握度明显高于开展职业防护教育前的护生(P<0.01),护生防护知识的掌握与锐器伤发生次数呈明显的负相关(r=-0.433,P<0.01)。结论在基础护理教学中开展职业防护教育可显著降低护生实习期间锐器伤的发生。
Objective To understand the influence of education in vocational protection in nursing teaching on the incidence of injuries from sharp utensils at the early stage of their internship. Methods Between Sept., 2007 and July, 2008, vocational protection education was offered in the the basic nursing teaching for the junior college nursing majors in our university. Then by means of the questionnaire, a survey was made as to their was made of the times and rate of injuries from sharp utensils at the early stage of their internship, the understanding of the protection knowledge and correct protection behavior, in 1 year before and after the adoption of the education in the vocational protection. Results Injuries from sharp utensils after the adoption of the education was markedly fewer than before the education, and the rate of the incidences distinctly lower (P〈0.01), while the understanding of the protection knowledge and behavior before was distinctly superior than after the education (P〈0.01). This points to the relatedness of education in vocational protection in nursing teaching to the incidence of injuries from sharp utensils (r=-0.433, P〈0.01). Conclusion Education in vocational protection interspersed in nursing teaching can markedly lower the incidence of injuries from sharp utensils during internship.
