摘要
十几年来我国高校推行文化素质教育,虽有有益探索,但在课程设置、教育教学安排、教师素养、高校投入等方面都存在较多问题。高校文化素质教育要真正实现培养具有人文精神、科学素养和创新能力的全面发展的人才的目标,必须以学生为中心,重视学生的主体需要和长远发展。
Although colleges and universities in China have promoted cultural enrichment program for decades and have made meaningful explorations, problems still exist in such aspects as curriculum and teaching arrangement, teachers' quality and schools' involvement. The college culiural enrichment program aims to develop students in an all-around way with humanistic spirit, scientific literacy and creative capabilities. To this end, students must be placed at the center of teaching activities and their demands must be satisfied to achieve long-term development.
