摘要
根据小波变换原理,通过模极大值理论,对转子实验台上的原始碰摩信号、轻度染噪信号、重度染噪信号3种轻微局部碰摩信号进行分析,找出碰摩发生时的奇异点,推断出碰摩发生的时间和位置。经过实验分析和仿真,明确了模极大值理论对碰摩早期的识别和诊断具有一定的指导意义。
Based on wavelet transform and modular maximum theory, three styles of slight rub-impact signal were analyzed, including original signal, low-grade noised signal and bad noised signal. By finding bizarre points signal, time and position of rub-impact would be established . Through experimental analysis and simulation,it proved benefit that modular maximum theory had identifying and diagnostic ability to early rub-impact.
