氯化钙和蔗糖对低温处理下香樟膜脂过氧化和保护酶系统变化的影响 被引量:7

Effects of exogenous CaCl_2 and sucrose on membrance lipid peroxidation and activities of protective enzymes of Cinnamomum camphora under chilling stress

摘要 以1年生香樟叶片为试验材料,研究其在不同低温处理下和外源物质氯化钙、蔗糖的作用下,细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量及叶片相对电导率的变化.结果表明,随着温度的降低,清水、氯化钙和蔗糖处理的香樟叶片保护酶活性变化均呈先升后降的趋势;清水、氯化钙处理的香樟叶片MDA含量均呈上升趋势,增幅平稳;而蔗糖处理的香樟叶片MDA含量呈先降后升的趋势;相对电导率呈上升趋势,-6℃之后上升幅度增大.表明外施氯化钙、蔗糖能提高香樟抗寒性. Effects of CaCl2 and sucrose on the cold resistance of Cinnamomum camphora seedling leaves of one-year-old have been studied from the activities of SOD, POD and CAT; the content of MDA and the relative conductivity changes. The results showed that with temperature decreasing the activities of SOD, POD and CAT first increased and then decreased which leaves sprayed H2O, CaCl2 and sucrose ; the content of MDA in the leaves of Cinnamomum camphora that sprayed H2O and CaCl2 were increased regularly, while sprayed sucrose first decreased and then increased; the relative conductivity increased with the temperature decreasing, after chilling stress of -6 ℃ the increase rate increased. The results show that spray CaCl2 and sucrose can increase resistance of cold hardiness on Cinnamomum camphora.
