摘要
采用静态坩埚法研究了3种不锈钢冶炼用镁钙砖的抗渣性。结果显示:镁钙材料具有良好的抗高碱度渣侵蚀和渗透能力,高温下渣和镁钙材料作用析出高熔点相C3S,使材料表层致密化而有效抑制渣的渗透,但镁钙材料中的CaO含量对抗侵蚀性影响较小;较低碱度渣对镁钙材料具有较强的侵蚀和渗透能力,主要是因为渣液对基质的强溶蚀和渗透作用。
Slag resistance of three different MgO -CaO bricks for stainless steel refining was studied using static crucible method. The results showed that:the MgO -CaO materials had good resistance to high alkali slag, The slag reacted with MgO-CaO material at high temperature and formed C3S phase with high melting point,which can restrain the slag penetration. CaO content in MgO -CaO bricks had a little influence on slag resistance. The low alkali slag corroded and penetrated the MgO-CaO brick greatly, because the liquid slag corroded and penetrated the matrix greatly.
