摘要
从肝肾同源理论探讨帕金森病的病因病机和治法。认为帕金森病病位在脑,并涉及多个脏腑,但肝肾失调为其关键。病机以肝肾阴虚为本,风、痰、瘀、毒为标。治疗宜以滋补肝肾为主,兼顾风、痰、瘀、毒。
To explore the Etiology, Pathogenesis and Treatment of TCM by the theory homogeny of liver and kidney for Parkinson＇s disease. As we all know ,its diseased region is in the brain, and involves a number of zang - fu viseeras,but its key to the disorders of liver and kidney. The Pathogenesis of PD is based on yin deficiency of liver and kidney and the manifestation Pathogenesis is wind pathogen, phlegm, static blood and toxin. The treatment is main on nourishing liver and kidney and suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm, promoting blood and removing toxicity is to give consideration to two or more things.
