摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是呼吸系统最常见的疾病之一，死亡率高，无创正压通气（non—invasive positive pressure ventilation，NIPPV）治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者取得较好的疗效。本文就NIPPV治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭时的护理进行了综述。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is the most common respiratory diseases with high mortality. Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV） therapy in patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure obtained a better ef^cacy. In this article, the nursing of NIPPV on the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure were reviewed.
