摘要
医学整合涉及多学科、多部门卫生资源的配置,构成医学整合过程中的经济问题。医学整合所需的"合力",可以通过人文精神的感召或是经济杠杆的驱动而形成。两者都具有决定性的作用,缺乏经济杠杆的整合是偶然的,缺乏人文精神的整合是狭隘的。明确人文精神为主导、经济杠杆为辅助的关系,将有利于在实践中推动医学整合。
Medicine integration concerns hygiene resource allocation from several multidisciplinary branches, which is the economic problem in integrating process. There are two ways to gather me nyglemc resources needed in medicine integration：one is motivated by humanism and the other is driven by economic level. Both of them are critical in medicine integration. Without economic level, medicine integration would be seldom and accidental,while without humanism, the vision of medicine integration would be narrow. It should be made clear that they are both complement each other, which would be beneficial to give fresh impetus on medical science in integrating practice.
