新经济社会学中的嵌入理论研究评述 被引量：34

摘要 嵌入性是现阶段经济学、管理学和社会学所共同关注的热点话题,从市场嵌入到社会嵌入再到虚拟嵌入,实践中嵌入形态的演进以及相关理论的推陈出新,使嵌入性的研究逐步走向深入。本文从社会嵌入和虚拟嵌入对比的角度,从企业网络中嵌入形式的变迁,到嵌入性导致网络企业绩效差异,以及各自的局限性等,梳理了嵌入理论的最新进展,并进行了简要述评。
