表皮生长因子受体在口腔颌面部上皮性恶性肿瘤中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 采用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化方法对３６例口腔颌面部上皮性恶性肿瘤进行表皮生长因子受体（ｅｐｉｄｅｒｍａｌｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃｔｏｒｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ＥＧＦＲ）检测。结果发现，ＥＧＦＲ在口腔颌面部上皮性恶性肿瘤中的阳性率为６９．５％。具有浸润性、分化程度差、恶性程度高及伴有淋巴结转移的肿瘤，ＥＧＦＲ呈阳性表达。研究提示，ＥＧＦＲ阳性表达与口腔颌面上皮性恶性肿瘤的发生有一定的关系。
