摘要 本文针对制度转型背景下中国企业的私下战略行为进行研究。利用制度理论和资源依赖理论,在考察中国制度背景、市场背景和竞争背景的基础上,分析了私下战略行为的生成机制,解剖了企业促使私下战略行为合法化的过程,并把合法化过程划分为4个阶段,描述了各个阶段企业面对的问题及应采取的对策。 Based on institutional theory and resource dependence theory, tills paper analyses tne genera- tive mechanism of Chinese enterprises' covert strategic behaviors, and divides the process of acquiring legitimacy into four stages, assessing legitimacy, obtaining the acquiescence to the action, obtaining the approval to results, and obtaining the support to the action.
