Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Building Energy Efficiency Based on Whole Life Cycle

摘要 目前建筑节能评价的主要关注点是在建筑的设计或者施工阶段,这是不全面的。本文基于全生命周期的观点,在时间上贯穿建筑规划设计、建筑单体设计、工程施工建造、运营维护直至报废拆除各个阶段,在内容上涵盖资源、能源、环境及经济等多个方面,建立了建筑节能评价指标体系,并依其详细程度将评价指标划分为三级。而后,鉴于该指标体系的结构特点,采用三级模糊综合评价法对建筑进行全生命周期节能评价,以期将建筑节能评价由定性分析转变为定量计算。最后,以厦门某工程项目为例进行了建筑节能模拟评价。结果表明,运用模糊综合评价方法对建筑进行全生命周期节能评价是可行的。 At present, evaluation of building energy efficiency is mainly concerned during architectural design or construction periods, which is incomplete. Actually, there are five phases for the whole life of a building: architectural plaoning design, building design, engineering construction, operational maintenance and building demolition. In this paper, based on the perspective of whole life cycle, index system of building energy efficiency evaluation was established from the following aspects : resource, energy, environment and economy. In addition, the indexes could be divided into three classes according to structure details of the index system. Furthermore, according to the characteristics of the system structure, the qualitative analysis was changed into the quantitative analysis by introducing the three-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, a real project in Xiamen was taken as an example to carry out the energy consumption evaluating simulation. The results indicated that multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was feasible to assess the building energy efficiency in whole life cycle.
