摘要
对糖滤泥的性能进行分析和研究,设计加入黏土制备多孔陶瓷。结果表明:糖滤泥主要成分是碳酸钙,优化得出糖滤泥与黏土的比例1:2,最佳温度1000℃下烧结1.5h,得到主晶相为莫来石、石英和钙长石,孔径尺寸为1~10μm,孔隙率为26.38%,吸水率为17.30%,机械强度为22.26MPa的多孔陶瓷,该多孔陶瓷有希望用于废水的过滤和分离。
The characteristics of filtered mud were investigated to preparea cellular ceramic with addition of clay. The experiment results indicated that the main chemical composition of filtered mud is CaCO3. Furthermore, the optimal mixture ratio of filtered mud and clay was obtained, which was 1 : 2. The mullite, quartz and anorthite were found to be the major crystalline phases in the cellular ceramic sintered at 1 000 ℃ (the optimal sintering temperature) for 1.5 h. The cellular ceramics prepared, with pore size of 1 - 10 μm, porosity of 26.38%, water absorption of 17.30% and mechanical strength of 22 - 26 MPa, are expected to be used in water filtration and separation.
