保护气体对钻杆ARNCO 100XT耐磨带焊接质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用3种不同保护气体即100%CO2、98%Ar+2%O2、80%Ar+20%CO2在AISI4145H钻杆材质上进行ARNCO 100XT耐磨带堆焊,研究了3种不同保护气体的组成对焊接接头的显微组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,80%Ar+20%CO2与100%CO2和98%Ar+2%O2对比,100%CO2保护气体焊接过程飞溅较大,98%Ar+2%O2保护气体焊接的耐磨带硬度偏低。而采用80%Ar+20%CO2保护气体,焊接过程飞溅显著减小,且耐磨带硬度较高,并符合加重钻杆《SY/T5146-1997》标准要求。 In this paper, the surfacing welding of ARNCO 100XT hardbanding on AISI 4145H drilling pipes was carried out under three different protective gas 100% CO2, 98%Ar+2%O2 and 80% Ar+20%CO2. And then the effects of the three different protective gases on the microstructure and hardness of the welding joints were studied. The results show that, 80%Ar+20% CO2 protective gas compared with 100%CO2 and 98% Ar+2% O2 shield gas, the spatter loss was small and the hardness of the welded hardbanding was high, while the spatter loss was large under 100% CO2 environment and the hardness was low under 98 %Ar+2 %O2 environment. So when take 80 %Ar+ 20 %CO2 as the protective gas, the welding quality satisfied the heavy drip SY/T5146--1997 standard.
