摘要
文章阐述了我国茶叶产业化的种植模式、加工模式、市场与营销模式及质量与安全可追溯模式等主体和配套模式,并从茶业品牌培育、利益联结机制、茶业合作组织、区域产业集群及社会化服务体系建设等方面,提出了我国茶叶产业化的实现途径。
Main models of tea industrialization about planting models, processing models, marketing models and traceability models of quality safety were summarized in the paper. The realization ways of tea industrialization were proposed from brand development, benefit affiliating mechanism, tea cooperative organizations, regional industrial cluster and construction of socialized service system etc.
