摘要
本文以集团企业为研究对象,采用案例分析、文献研究和理论分析的方法,在中国商业银行集团客户信贷风险管理现状研究的基础上,分析认为中国商业银行集团客户管理引入项目管理模式已经具备了组织结构矩阵式变革和客户经理制的基础,而目标导向的过程管理和项目治理的需求也将积极推动项目管理模式的应用。并进一步分析了构建商业银行集团客户信贷的项目管理模式需要研究的内容,包括集团客户项目类型、项目管理的流程;项目管理工具;集团客户项目管理模式的转变;以及相关利益方之间的项目治理动态结构。
Focusing on group corporation, through case study, literature research and theoretical analysis, and based on the management status of group customer loan in Chinese commercial hanks, we find that project management mode can be introduced into management of group customer loan, changes to matrix organization and customer manager system are the basis of the mode, and goal - oriented process management and project govemance will actively promote the mode to be used in the mode. Further more, we analyze the content to establish the mode of project management mode of group customer loan in commercial banks, including types of group customer, process of project management, tools of project management, transform of management mode, and dynamic structure of project governance.
