脑梗死患者血清胆红素浓度的变化及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过脑梗死患者和同期健康体检者血清胆红素水平的测定以探讨其与动脉粥样硬化发病间的关系。方法采用全自动生化仪测定80例脑梗死患者和60例同年龄段健康体检者的血清胆红素、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)水平,并进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组患者血清总胆红素、直接胆红素及间接胆红素水平较低,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血清胆红素水平偏低是动脉粥样硬化发病的危险因素。 Objective To study the association of serum concentration of bilirubin with atherosclerosis.Methods Serum concentration of bilirubin of 80 patients with Cerebral Infraction and 60 healthy subjects of general cheekup were measured respectively.Results The serum level of bilirubin in Cerebral Infraction group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The lower serum concentration of bilirubin was probably one of the risk factors of Atherosclerosis.
