连续性血液净化技术在儿科危重症中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨连续性血液净化(CBP)技术在儿科危重症中的临床疗效及安全性。方法22例患儿均使用瑞典出产的珠海红陹FH-400血液净化机,置换液自行配置,根据患儿血气和电解质情况及时调整置换液成分;对中毒患儿采用血液灌流(HP)治疗,其余均为连续静脉—静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗。所有患儿在血液滤过前后检查肾功能、渗透压、血气、电解质,并记录患儿生命体征。结果22例患儿中18例存活,5例中毒患儿全部治愈,肾功能全部明显好转,治疗过程中生命体征平稳。结论CBP对儿童危重症有肯定的疗效,尤其对中毒、急性肾衰竭及维持内环境稳定疗效显著,值得临床推广。
