摘要
目的替换《中国药典》(2005年版一部)薄层鉴别中使用苯和甲苯的展开剂。方法用毒性较小的溶剂环己烷、正己烷、石油醚和三氯甲烷等取代苯或甲苯。结果可获得等同效果或效果更好的薄层色谱。结论建议《中国药典》逐步取消具有一定致癌性和强毒性的苯及甲苯。
Objective To replace the developing agents benzene and toluene in thin-layer chromatography in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 Volume I. Methods Less toxic solvents such as cyclohexane, n-hexane, petroleum ether and chloroform were compared with benzene and toluene. Results Cyclohexane, n-hexane, petroleum ether and chloroform had the same or better results in thin-layer chromatography. Conclusion Benzene and toluene could be replaced by other less toxic solvents in the pharmacopeia.
