摘要
对继电保护的检验是防止电网及供电事故的重要手段。当前的现场检验工作只有零散的辅助软件,主要依靠人工操作经验,缺乏有效的全过程完整技术支持平台。由江苏省电力公司自主研发的继电保护检验标准化作业专家系统,应用计算机和网络技术,通过平台和架构的整体设计,提出解决方案,综合实现继电保护检验作业及其管理的标准化、智能化、自动化和全省一体化。在实际检验工作中的应用表明:该系统提高了继电保护检验作业的安全、质量、效率和信息化管理水平。
The inspection of relay protection is an important means of preventing power grid or power supply accidents. Currently only scraps of auxiliary software is used in inspection fieldwork that mainly relies on manual operation and individual experience without an effective fully-controlled technical support platform. The relay protection inspection standardized operation expert system developed by Jiangsu Electric Power Company using information and network technology is capable of providing effective solutions. Through integrated design of the platform and structuring, the integration of standardization, intelligent operation, automation of relay protection inspection operation throughout Jiangsu Province is realized. Application in actual inspection shows the improvement on the safety, quality, efficiency and information-based management.
