妊娠期高血压疾病的遗传学病因研究新进展

摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病（hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancyHDCP）是一种多发生于妊娠20周以后的以高血压、蛋白尿、水肿为特征的多脏器功能受损的综合征。发病率我国9．4％，国外报道7％-12％。首次报道距今已100余年。HDCP的发病原因和发病机制至今尚无定论，以往对HDCP病因的描述颇多，虽均有一定的根据，但缺乏足够的证据。从目前的研究状况和取得的成果表明，HDCP具有较强的遗传倾向，遗传因素比环境因素更为重要。目前对HD-CP的遗传学病因的研究日渐增多，并成为热点，而且已从传统的遗传模式研究逐渐发展为探索HDCP患者的易感染色体片段和易感基因的研究。现将其遗传学病因研究新进展综述如下。
