摘要
对水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料的活性物质进行分析,从渗透、结晶角度详细探讨了该类材料的防水作用机理。分析认为,渗透的动力主要是来自于化学势梯度,而产生化学势梯度的原因是浓度差;渗透结晶型防水材料一方面自身发生化学反应生成结晶体,另一方面促进未水化水泥水化,生成C-S-H凝胶或结晶体,起到防水抗渗作用。
The active substances of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials was analyzed, and then waterproof mechanism of such materials was discussed in detail from infiltration and crystallization point of view. It is deemed that the main driving force for infiltration is from the chemical potential gradient, which is due to differential concentration. On the one hand, chemical reaction inside the material happens and generates crystalline. On the other hand, it can promote the hydration of unhydrated cement to generate C-S-H gel or crystalline, which can play role of water-proofing and infiltration resistance.
