AM真菌对撑绿竹生长及相关生理因素的影响 被引量:7

Influences of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on Growth and Related Physiological Indices in Chengluzhu Bamboo Seedlings

摘要 为菌根生物技术在撑绿竹造林上的应用提供依据,在盆栽条件下,采用撑绿竹接种不同AM真菌〔根内孢球囊霉(Glomus intraradices,G.i);摩西球囊霉(Glomus mossea,G.m)〕,测定了其对撑绿竹的生长效应及部分生理指标的影响。结果表明:接种AM真菌可促进撑绿竹生长。其中,G.m处理在生物量、叶绿素量、根系活跃吸收面积和根系总吸收面积均显著高于对照;G.i处理除叶绿素量、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性外,其余指标上均与对照差异不显著;Glomus mossea对撑绿竹菌根效应优于Glomus intraradices。可作为撑绿竹造林菌根化菌种在生产应用。 Growth and some physiological indices of Chengluzhu (Bambusa pervariabilis × Dendrocalamopsis grandis) bamboo seedlings inoculated with two AM fungi strains, Glomus intraradices and Glomus mossea, were studied in pots. The results showed that both AM fungi strains promoted the growth of bamboo seedlings. Comparing with the control, the biomass, chlorophyll content in leaves, active absorbing area, and total absorbing area of roots as well were significantly increased by the inoculation of G. m. G. I did not significantly influent most indexes except chlorophyll content and NR activity. Glomus mossea was selected as the inoculating strain for Chengluzhu cultivation in order to enhance the mycorrhizal effects.
