摘要
采用高效毛细管区带电泳，以毛细管柱５０μｍ×３７ｃｍ，缓冲液０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾溶液，分离电压１１ｋＶ，检测波长１９２ｎｍ，分离时间１０ｍｉｎ，柱温２０℃，阳极压力进样８ｓ为分离条件，测定了北京、天津、大连提供的河豚毒素相对百分含量，并对影响河豚毒素与未知物分离的一些因素作了初步探讨。
A capillary zone electrophoresis method was established to determine the relative percent content of tetrodotoxin from Beijing,Tianjin,Dalian by using silica fused capillary column(50 μm×37 cm) with 0 1 mol/L KH 2PO 4 as electrolyte.The sample solution was introduced into the capillary by pressure injection for 8s.Electrophoresis was performed at 11 kV at 20 ℃.Tetrodotoxin was detected at 192 nm.
