摘要
采用高效毛细管区带电泳,以毛细管柱50μm×37cm,缓冲液01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,分离电压11kV,检测波长192nm,分离时间10min,柱温20℃,阳极压力进样8s为分离条件,测定了北京、天津、大连提供的河豚毒素相对百分含量,并对影响河豚毒素与未知物分离的一些因素作了初步探讨。
A capillary zone electrophoresis method was established to determine the relative percent content of tetrodotoxin from Beijing,Tianjin,Dalian by using silica fused capillary column(50 μm×37 cm) with 0 1 mol/L KH 2PO 4 as electrolyte.The sample solution was introduced into the capillary by pressure injection for 8s.Electrophoresis was performed at 11 kV at 20 ℃.Tetrodotoxin was detected at 192 nm.
