摘要
测试pH值对甘蓝黄单胞菌黄色素变色的影响及色素溶液的黏度和色素在有机溶剂中的溶解度等理化性质。结果表明,色素不稳定,随pH值的变化而变色;黏度随色素浓度加大而增强;此色素在丙酮中的溶解度最高,其次是正己烷,乙醚,乙醇,最低的是甲醇。
The sectional chemic and physical property of the Xanthomonas campestris were studied in the influence of pigment change colour in different pH degrees,viscosity of pigment and the solubility in the five organic solvents .The results showed that the pigment was instability changed its color with the pH. The viscosity was strengthen with pigment to raise. The solubility of pigment in the five organic solvents from high to low was acetone, normal hexane, ether, alcohol and methyl alcohol.
