摘要
临床见习教育已成为医学教育的关键部分,受到越来越多的关注。本文总结了目前临床见习存在的普遍问题及个别科室存在的自身特殊问题,介绍了医学院校和医学教育工作者近年来对于临床见习的改革方法,并从带教教师和见习学生的角度,探讨了这些问题的解决办法。
Clinical probation has been the key part in medical education, which attracted more and more attention. The article summarized the common problems in present clinical probation and the special problems in certain departments with their own characteristics,introduced the reforming methods of clinical probation summarized by medical colleges and medical workers in recent years and explored the solutions to the problems from the view of the clinical teachers and probationary students.
