药房实施规范化药品管理的效果初探 被引量：3

摘要 目的：探索确保医院药房药品安全有效、账物相符的规范化管理方法。方法：结合我院西药库房规范化管理的实践,分别从药库账物相符率、药品过期报损率以及发错药品的原因等加以阐述。结果：通过规范化管理,使得我院药库账物相符率逐年升高、报损率逐年降低,大大提高了药库的库存管理工作水平,确保了药品的质量。结论：医院药房实施规范化药品管理能够确保药品安全有效、账物相符,大大提高药房管理工作水平,值得推广和借鉴。
