摘要
分析客运专线引入枢纽方案决策的复杂性,提出运用模糊多目标决策方法解决该问题,将待评方案中的定性与定量指标转换为三角模糊数,再分别计算模糊评价值和总偏好值并对方案进行排序决策,通过该方法对枢纽引入方案应用实例说明,表明该方法的科学性和合理性,有助于相关问题的客观决策。
Briefly analyses the complexity of decision-making on dedicated passenger line into a terminal, proposes using fuzzy multi-objective decision making method to solve the problem. Transform the qualita- tive and quantitative indexes of the project being evaluated into triangular fuzzy numbers, and then fuzzy appraisal value and integrated preference value are calculated respectively to sort the project being evalua- ted. A dedicated passenger line into a hub example is used with the method to prove the theory science and rationality in decision making objectively on this problem.
