巯基葡聚糖凝胶分离富集后3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H分光光度法测定微量汞(Ⅱ) 被引量:3

Spectrophotometric determination of micro mercury(Ⅱ)with 3-methoxy-azomethine H after separation and enrichment by mercapto-dextran gel

摘要 研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)、聚乙二醇辛基笨基醚(OP)、正丁醇、正庚烷和水自制复配型微乳溶液存在下Hg(Ⅱ)与3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定微量汞的新方法。试验表明,在pH5.90的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,Hg(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1∶2的淡黄色络合物,络合物的最大吸收峰位于470nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为3.3×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Hg(Ⅱ)含量在0.008~0.60μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.003μg/mL。本法采用巯基葡聚糖凝胶(SDG)分离样品中共存离子并富集汞,提高了方法的选择性。用于测定两个水样中微量汞,回收率分别为96.4%和98.6%,相对标准偏差分别为2.4%和3.5%(n=6)。 The color reaction of the reagent 3-methoxy- azomethine H with Hg(ll) in the presence of micromulsion consisting of CTMAB, OP, n-C4 H9 OH, C7 H14 and H2O was studied and a new method for the determination of micro Hg(Ⅱ) was proposed. Results showed that the reagent reacted with Hg(Ⅱ) to form a faint yellow complex(1 : 2) in the medium of HAc-NaAc buffer at pH 5.90. The maxium absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity were at 470 nm and 3.3×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 ,respectively. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.06--5.5 μg/10 mL for Hg(ll)and the detection limit was 0. 002 μg/mL. The coexisting ions could be separated from Hg(Ⅱ) in sample by mercaple-dextran gel. The method has been applied to the determination of mercury(Ⅱ) in two water samples with relative standard deviations of 96. 4% and 98. 6% (n=6)and the recoveries of 2. 4% and 3. 5%, respectively.
