摘要
高校不仅要重视大学生的文化素质、专业素质和身体素质的培养,还要重视大学生心理素质的培养。根据大学生的心理发展特点,高校应将心理健康教育的知识、内容和方法运用到大学生思想政治教育工作中去,努力提高大学生思想政治工作的实效性和针对性。
Our university not only pay much attention to develop the culture attainment,profession attainment and physical attribute,but also should attach importance to mental health of university students.According to the developing mental feature of university students,we should put the knowledge,contents and method of the psychological health education into the ideological and political education of university students,work hard to improve the effect of ideological and political education.
