摘要
随着科学技术和社会的发展,改革理科研究生人才培养模式,培养更多创新性人才具有十分重要的意义,为此,本文在分析改革理科研究生人才培养模式面临的问题之后,从进一步完善学分制、增设"三创"教育、培养工作前移、增加培养环节、各培养环节统筹交叉、建立奖惩机制营造良好的创新人才成长的人文环境、提高导师自身的创新意识和平等意识等7个方面对理科硕士研究生创新性人才的培养模式进行了探索。
The recruit and culture size of graduate students in China has been changing, subsequent pressure oi obtain employment increases rapidly, while the quality of graduate students, advisors team, and research conditions could not be seasoned with the innovative talent cultivation considerably. In this paper, we definitude target of education firstly, and then explored the student-centered training mode of innovative science graduate students. The proposal included seven aspects.
