摘要
苏通大桥南引桥预应力混凝土连续箱梁采用50 m托架自行式移动模架施工,移动模架拆除采用液压连续千斤顶计算机控制同步整体下放工艺。移动模架下放选取4个吊点,吊点1号、2号设在主梁上的移动模架主吊架吊点位置,吊点3号、4号设在主梁上的移动模架中吊架吊点位置;千斤顶承重系统为贝雷梁搭设的承重吊架;下放系统与主梁连接采用专门设计加工的连接锚箱;采用计算机控制系统对载荷均衡、位置同步和千斤顶的动作同步进行控制。着重介绍整体下放系统布置、整体下放同步控制、整体下放施工工艺等关键技术的研究和实施。
The prestressed concrete continuous box girders of the south approach spans of Sutong Bridge were constructed by the 50-m span movable shuttering form with self-traveling brackets. The form was dismantled by the construction technology of synchronized and integral lowering by the computer-controlled hydraulic continuous jacks. In the lowering of the form, 4 lifting points were selected, of which the points No. 1 and No. 2 were set at the lifting points of the main lifting frames of the form on the main girder while the points No. 3 and No. 4 were set at the lifting points of the lifting frames of the form on the main girder. The jacking system was a kind of lifting frame assembled by the Bailey truss and the lowering system and the main girder were connected by an anchor box specially designed and fabricated for the purpose. The load equilibrium, position synchronization and operation of the jacks during lifting were all controlled by the computer. The research and implementation of the key techniques for arrangement of the integral lowering system, the synchronized control and the construction technology for the integral lowering are mainly presented herewith.
