摘要
建立公私合作的伙伴关系是缓解卫生资源短缺、提升卫生服务可及性、满足多元化卫生服务需求的重要解决途径。本文描述了南非卫生领域公私合作伙伴关系的发展概况,分析了南非公私部门在卫生人力资源合作之间的伙伴关系及私立医疗机构的特点,总结南非实施公私合作伙伴关系的经验和教训,并据此提出我国实施公私合作伙伴关系的相关建议。
Public Private Parternships （PPP） is an important solution to allievate the shortage of health resources, to improve residents＇ access to health service and to meet their diversified health demands. This paper described the development of PPP in South Africa, analyzed human resource parternship between public and private sectors and the characteristics of private hospitals, summarized its experiences and lessons during the implementation of PPP. Finally, some suggestions were given to help implement PPP in China.
