摘要
研究了从银阳极泥中回收金。试验考察了酸洗除杂、氯化分金、SO2还原、金电解等参数对金回收率的影响。结果表明,银阳极泥经20-30g/L硫酸溶液洗涤后,再以金质量2倍的氯酸钠、在液固体积质量比6:1、酸度4mol/L、90℃条件下浸出5h,然后在50-60℃下用40m^3/h流速的S02还原粗金粉,粗金粉再经电解获得纯度99.992%的金。
Recovery of gold.from silver anode slime has been investigated. The influence of removal impurities by acid washing,separation gold by chlorination, SOs reduction,gold electrolysis and other parameters on gold recovery were examined. The results show that the silver anode slime was washed by sulfuric acid solution of 20-30 g/L,and then leached for 5 hours at the conditions of sodium chlorate mass to gold mass of 2 : 1, liquid volume to solid mass of 6 : 1, acidity of 4 mol/L and temperature of 90 ℃. Then SO2 of 40 m^3/h flow speed was used for reducting crude gold powder under temperature of 50-60 ℃. Then crude gold powder was electrolyzed. Purity of the electrolytic gold was up to 99. 992%.
