摘要
目的:优选盾叶薯蓣醇提物中薯蓣皂素的提取工艺。方法:采用超临界CO_2萃取技术和正交实验设计研究盾叶薯蓣提取物中薯蓣皂素的最佳提取条件,以薯蓣皂苷元作为对照品,采用比色法测定含量。结果:优选提取工艺为:用3倍量无水乙醇作夹带剂、萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间2 h;结论:该法可综合利用资源,大幅减少废水的生成,减少环境污染,生产周期也明显缩短。
Objective: To optimize the extracting process of diosgenin in extract from Dioscorea zingiberesis. Method: The technology of supercritical CO2 fluid extract was utilizated , optimum conditions were established by orthogonal design test and the disogenin was determined by colorimetry. Result: The best processed conditions as follows: Taken three times ethanol as the entrainer, the extract with supercritieal CO2 at 50℃ for 2 hours ,under 30 MPa. Conclusion: The method can improve the utilization rate of Dioscorea zingiberensis, decrease the amount of wastewater, reduce the environmental pollution , and short the period evidently.
