摘要
在分析有机磷农残检测现状的基础上,综述了近年来有机磷农残检测的前处理技术,如超临界萃取技术、固相微萃取技术、搅拌棒吸附萃取技术、基质固相分散法技术、分散液相微萃取技术等,并展望了有机磷农残检测前处理技术的发展趋势。
According to actuality of analysis of the organophosphorus pesticide residues detection, the sample pretreatment methods such as supercritical fluid extraction, solid -phase microextraction, stir bar sorptive extraction, matrix solid -phase dispersion, dispersive liquid - liquid microextraetion and so on, were described and reviewed. The trends of these technical methodologies were also prospected.
