摘要
对国有煤炭企业公司治理变革的主要问题进行了辨析和总结。基于对我国不同历史阶段下效率与公平特征的认识,阐明了我国国有煤炭企业公司治理变革的效率与公平内涵,进一步提出了国有煤炭企业变革的双因素模型,说明了建设效率与公平并重的国有煤炭企业公司治理模式是我们在新的历史阶段的必然选择。
This paper carries out an analysis of the major issues found in the transformation of corporate governance in state-owned coal mine companies. Based on an understanding of the characteristics of efficiency and fairness in different historic periods of this country, this paper elaborates on the connotation of the efficiency and fairness in the transformation of corporate gow ernance in the state-owned coal mine companies and then proposes a dual-factor model for the transformation of state-owned coal mine companies in this country. This indicates that construcring novel governance mode in state-owned coal mine companies that give identical attention to efficiency and fairness is an inevitable choice in the new historical era of this country.
