摘要
目的探讨冠脉介入术后常见并发症的预防和护理体会。方法选取本院三年来行冠脉介入手术患者共256例,其中术后拔管时发生迷走发射6例,尿潴留22例,鞘管出出血3例,血肿12例,假性动脉瘤4例。结果全部经对症处理后并发症消失。结论护理人员术后应严密观察,对并发症能做到及早发现和治疗,同时采取必要的心理护理,防止严重并发症的出现。
Objective To explore the prevention and care experience received coronary intervention Select in the hospital over the past three extubation, 22 cases with urinary retention, three cases with hemorrhage in of common complications after coronary intervention. Methods 256 cases years were selected, in which there were 6 cases with vagus reflex after sheath, 12 cases with hematoma and 4 cases with pseudoaneurysm. Results All symptoms disappeared after treatment of complications. Conclusion The nursing staff should closely observe patients after operation, and then complications can be early detected and treated. At the same time necessary psychological care should be taken to prevent the serious complications.
