摘要
随着林权制度改革的深入进行,作为前提的林权概念却还存在一定争论。林权是我国林权制度中的一个重要的基础性概念,对于林权内涵的准确界定,不但有利于林权制度中其他内容的规定,而且对于林权制度的构建也起到重要作用。从林权的不同学说着手,通过对于林权主体、客体和内容的详尽阐释,认为林权是一种特定主体享有的有关涉林之物的独立权利。
Forest right is an important and basic concept in Chinese forest right system the connotation of forest right is in favor of not only regulating the other contents in 1 tern, but perfecting its own system. The concept of the forest right is defined from the Through analyzing the subject, object, and content,the contents of the forest right w tail, it is the right of all things about forest used by the legal subjects.
